Chic and Crafty

Posted April 26th, 2007 by nkristis

I am looking at my tattered, stained, little purse and I am thinking it needs to be retired. But instead of just buying a replacement I thought I would tackle one of the many tutorials I found on making your own purse.

Here is just a sample of some the great tutorial for sewing your own purse. They are so cute and stylish. I can’t help but want to add it to my list of future projects.

  • Cute seamless crochet purse from Craftutorials.
  • The “Rather Cheeky Wristlet Clutch Purse from U-handbag would be perfect for a night on the town.
  • Creative Little Daisy has a very good tutorial for a nice basic purse. I also like her mod retro fabric.
  • Splityarn has a fabulous tutorial for a basic change purse.

My list of projects just keeps getting longer. One of these days I’m am going to have to get off the computer and start the sewing, knitting, crocheting marathon.
