Summer Skirts

FLICKR 1856

June is just around the corner and it’s time to start thinking of updating my summer wardrobe. It’s already 90 degrees here and it will only get hotter as the summer progresses. I’ve been inspired by some of the projects on other sites.

Sew Mama Sew has a great tutorial from Betty of Bitter Betty Blog on making a reversible skirt. It’s a classic retro style skirt which reminds me of something Grace Kelly would wear in To Catch a Thief.

House on Hill Road has a tutorial to make the perfect twirly skirt. Perfect for a summer activities and work.
