Valentine Dinner for Two

A few weeks ago, I came across this great recipe on Shelterrific’s Real Life Test Kitchen. It’s from the Jamie Oliver cookbook. This would make a great romantic dinner for two. It involved roasting a chicken with lemon, salt, pepper and garlic and roasting potatoes. The chicken came out beautiful. It was nice and juicy and the potatoes were perfectly browned and crispy.
